Park Terrace Restaurant
Spacious, light and elegant, the Park Terrace has a wonderfully convenient location adjacent to Kensington Palace and gardens. With its focus on fresh British produce, the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and all day snacks.

Min Jiang
Located on the tenth floor of the hotel, this authentic Chinese restaurant specialises in sumptuous Dim Sum, spicy Sichuan and the famous Beijing duck cooked in a wood-burning duck oven. With spectacular views over Kensington Gardens, the restaurant seats 80 people, and has a private dining room for 20 people.

Bertie’s Bar
Visitors to the hotel’s bar, Bertie’s, will be greeted by legendary Bar Manager, Luis Cobas who has been at the hotel for over 30 years. The relaxed and stylish Bertie’s bar boasts a fun and friendly ambiance created by Luis, a host who will guarantee warm hospitality, excellent service and total discretion.

From 23 November 2009 until the end of March 2010 some areas of the hotel will be out of service due to improvement work.

Park Terrace Restaurant will be closed for refurbishment from 14 December until 22 March 2010.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs GBP 15.00 per person.
Full English breakfast costs GBP 19.50 per person.
Buffet breakfast costs GBP 19.50 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 30.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
