Beach facilities and water sports are available at our sister property, Kempinski Hotel Ajman at an additional cost. Alternatively Jumeirah Beach is only a few minutes from the hotel. Transportation can be arranged upon request.

The hotel features four rooms for the disabled, which are available upon request. Most public areas have ramps and are accessible by wheelchair.

Pets are not allowed with the exception of seeing-eye dogs.

24 Seven: Casual all day dining restaurant. It offers Mediterranean cuisine with a twist. Located on the second floor overlooking the pool deck, the restaurant offers a buffet for breakfast and à la carte for lunch and dinner.

Aspen Café: The café serves a variety of dishes including the special Kempinski deli items. Eat-in or take away, and choose from beverages and coffee and tea delicacies.

1897 Bar: Elegant wood and dim light. This lounge offers a wide variety of drinks, cocktails, liquors, light meals, and cigars. Smoking is permitted.

Mosaic Bar: Located on the pool deck, with views over Jumeirah skyline and the Arabian Gulf. It offers a variety of freshly squeezed fruit cocktails, smoothies, alcoholic beverages and light snacks.

Sezzam Restaurant: This unique restaurant has three interactive kitchens: Steam, Bake and Flame. The restaurant seats 1000 guests and is located at the intersection between the shopping mall, Ski Dubai and the Hotel. Choose à la carte or quick pick your way around Sezzam.

Evory Lounge: The lounge is located within Sezzam. An elegant, unconventional but cosy lounge, offering everything from the classics to the trendiest of cocktails, spirits and liquors. Light tapas are served.

In room dining: Unconventional room service concept which offers the opportunity to organise in-room parties, events, and private gatherings.

A security deposit or pre-authorization on the credit card is taken upon arrival. Full payment of the stay is required upon departure or during the stay. Late check-out fees apply after 12:00.

Transportation to/from the airport can be arranged at an additional cost in a luxury limousine with prior request.

Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged AED 180.00 per night and person for extra beds.
