Ponferrada (65,000) is the capital city of El Bierzo. It’s a modern city, with a great night life, but full of history and tradition. It offers a great variety of routes to explore, such as Las Médulas, Lago Truchilla, Ferradillo, San Juan de Paluezas, Pico Catoute, Primout, La cueva de San Genadio, Peña Trevinca etc.

The hotel has got a café and restaurant where local cuisine, using pork, mushrooms, peppers, chestnuts, honey and typical soups are served. All of it washed with the best regional wines (D.O. Bierzo) elaborated out of Mencía, Doña blanca or Godello grapes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.
