From Durban International Airport:

- The airport, take the N2 to Durban;
- Stay on the N2 until the Umgeni Road (M19) off-ramp;
- Turn right at the traffic lights onto Umgeni Road (M19);
- Stay on Umgeni road until Makro can be seen on the right;
- At the traffic lights after Makro turn right into Alpine Road (M10);
- At the first traffic lights, turn left into Hendrie Road (M10);
- Follow this road to the end and turn left about 20 metres on the right is Davaar Place (white wall on the corner).
- Davaar Place is opposite Thekwini College, turn right.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged ZAR 25 per night for cots.
All children under 13 years are charged ZAR 100 per night for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14.00 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
