Built in 1903 in the Cape-Dutch Colonial style, the vast 2 tiered veranda of the Villa Belmonte Manor House Hotel prsents the the visitor with views that are breathtaking in their beauty. Embraced by the grandeur of table Mountain's Africa face and Table bay, with the city of Cape Town stretching out towards a blue sea alive with ships and yachts, these are sublime surroundings.

Owners, Cliff and Tabea Jacobs, restored and converted their elegant home into an exclusive boutique hotel some years ago and have since gained an enviable reputation for the quality of their product, culminating in the Villa being awarded a 4 star grading with a Silver classification for service excellence.

All fourteen air-conditioned rooms are en suite and individually decorated with style and flair. The gracious lounge, with its cosy well-stocked bar, is a peaceful haven, and for gourmets Villa Belmonte offers fine dining with excellent cuisine served in the magnificently restored dining room. All of our rooms are equipped with telephones, air-conditioners, overhead fans, television sets, mini-bars, safes, radio alarm clocks, heaters, hair-dryers, and work desks with modem points.

We have huge balconies with wonderful views of Table Bay, Lion's Head, Signal Hill, Devil's Peak and Table Mountain.

The hotel offers excellent cuisine that is served in the stylish dining room. The cosy lounge with bar is a popular place to relax and unwind.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 85 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 71 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 57 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 43 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 8 years are welcome.
One child from 8 to 18 years is charged ZAR 290.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
