From Cape Town International Airport:
- Follow the N2 towards Cape Town.
- Take the exit V&A Waterfront/Sea point.
- Follow this road (N6) round the roundabout and keep to your left until you reach Beach Road (T-junction).
- Turn left into Beach Road and keep going straight until the end of the road.
- Turn left and keep going straight into Queen Road.
- Keep going to the top where Queen Road meets Kloof Road.
- Turn left into Kloof Road; the hotel is on your left, number 92.
The restaurant specialises in South African cuisine. A light meal menu is available every day until 22:00. Special dinner nights on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays or on request. Complimentary canapés are served on non-dinner nights.
A smoothie and cocktail menu is available.
Rooms will be held until 17:00, unless other arrangements have been made.
All accounts must be settled by cash or major credit card. No cheques are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
One child or adult is charged ZAR 950.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
