Bjørvika Apartments -

Guests are kindly asked to notify the hotel of their estimated arrival time as well as the number of persons staying in the apartment. This can be done at the time of booking, or by contacting the hotel directly. Contact details are included in the booking confirmation.

Please note that the apartments are located on two different addresses: Platous gate 31-33 and Mandallsgate 16-18.

Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels takes place once a week.

In case of damage in the apartment, Bjørvika Apartments reserves the right to charge a fee.

For stays of 14 days or more, different cancellation policies may apply.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged NOK 120.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged NOK 150.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 8.00 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs NOK 140.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.


The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
