The Riad is a characterful house that offers a home-from-home feeling and 4 rooms spread over 2 floors. The rooms present traditionally decorated and cosy spaces.
The B’Hou, a traditional lounge, opens onto the lovely patio planted with orange and mandarin trees. It is decorated with a marble fountain and fine Moroccan woodwork.
The rooftop terrace offers a spectacular view of the Medina and a comfortable setting for your Moroccan breakfasts and dinners. It also offers a relaxing shaded lounge where you can enjoy mint tea.
From the Riad Louaya, via the antique dealers’ street, you are at 300 meters walk from the souks, Marrakech Museum, and at 5 minutes from the famous Djemaa El Fna Square.

The Riad Louaya offers a personalised welcome as soon as you land. A free shuttle service is available upon request from the airport to the Riad for any stay of 7 nights
