Banyan Tree Madivaru -

Please note, guests must advise arrival and departure flight details at the time of booking, at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

The resort will arrange for a roundtrip seaplane transfer to Banyan Tree Madivaru from Malé International Airport. This additional cost is to be paid directly to the hotel.

Kindly note that the seaplane services are operated only during the day by Maldivian Air Taxi. Guests arriving after sunset can stay at the Airport Hotel. Transfer to Banyan Tree Madivaru will be made the next day from Male International Airport.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged USD 216.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
10.00 % service charge per room per night is not included.
USD 8.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full board is included in the room rate.

Parking: No parking available.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
