Trattoria:Italian pasta house offering home-made pastas, genuine Italian dishes, and a variety of wines.

Transfers from or to Queen Alia International Airport can be arranged with the hotel for an extra charge.

Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 13 years is charged JOD 10.60 per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged JOD 17.70 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
10 % service charge per stay is not included.
8 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the business centre and costs JOD 3.90 per hour.
Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.
