This friendly guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from Reykjavik city centre.
We are 5 minutes walk from the city centre, university, national museum, and Vesturbjarlaug thermal outdoor swimming pool.
There are 3 single rooms and 6 double rooms. All are nicely furnished and domestic. There are 2 fully-equipped kitchens and 3 bathrooms. Guests also have access to a large dining and living room with a television set, VCR and DVD player.
Guests can make themselves a breakfast and cook light meals.
This is a guesthouse, not a hotel, runned by one family which are starting their fourth year in the guesthouse business. We are located at Sólvallagata 49 101 Reykjavík Íceland.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 23.10 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
