Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
All children from 3 to 17 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Our hotel is centrally, but nevertheless quietly situated. The city centre of Braunlage and the health resorts as well as ski runs are only a few minutes from the hotel. Within 3 minutes you reach the next bus stop. The busses take you directly to the towns Bad Harzburg, Goslar, Schierke, and Wernigerode or the stations of the famous train “Brockenbahn”. Parking site and garages are located directly at the hotel....
