The world-famous historic Friedrichsbad and Caracalla Baths are only 100 metres from the hotel. The Kurhaus and its renowned Casino, the Convention Building and Municipal Theatre on the picturesque Lichtentaler Allee are also within easy walking distance.

From the Baden-Baden exit, follow the B500 for the city centre. Follow the signs for the Bäderzentrum via the Schloßbergtangente (Schloßbergtunnel) until you reach the hotel in the Sophienstraße.

From the Rastatt exit, follow the B452 until you reach the Gaggenau-Ost exit. Continue in the direction of Baden-Baden.

All rooms have been refurbished in 2007/2008.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 13 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 2.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 11.00 per day.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 11.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
