Hotel Argence -

The hotel is 50 metres from Espace Argence, the multimedia library and the Champagne Theatre. It is 250 metres from the town hall and Old Troyes with its pedestrian avenues.

You will be 10 minutes from the factory outlets and 30 minutes from the Forêt d'Orient Lake and from the Champagne route.

You are also 5 minutes from some of the finest restaurants in town. The staff will be happy to recommend different addresses depending on your requirements.

A vending machine is also available in the lobby.

Check-in:
Reception is open Monday to Saturday from 14.00 to 22.00 and Sunday from 18.00 to 22.00.

If you plan to arrive at the hotel after 22.00, please contact the hotel during opening hours in order to obtain your access code.

Parking:
As there are only limited parking spaces, please inform the hotel at the time of booking whether you will need one or not.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.35 city/tourist tax per stay is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person per night.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
