- Follow the road in the direction of the city centre.
- Then follow signs for Hotel de Ville (City Hall).

From Metz/Nancy:
- Exit at 23 for Reims Centre.
- Then, as above.

Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00. Your room cannot be guaranteed after this time. If you can't change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23:00 (local time).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child under 16 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
