Pool Apartments Plitvice Lakes -

The village Grabovac is only 8 km away from the National Park Plitvice Lakes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The visiting area of the National Park has 16 beautiful lakes, all connected to each other with numerous beautiful waterfalls. The lakes are on different levels, and the waterfalls are cascading between them over travertine barriers.

The lakes are visited on foot, visitors walk along footpaths and wooden bridges. There are electric boats on the biggest lake.
Other activities and places of interest in the area are Barac's caves, Rastoke waterfalls, white water rafting and horseback riding, several excellent restaurants, swimming on the River Korana.

By Car:
-On the road from Karlovac to the Plitvice Lakes, you will reach Rakovica.
-After only a few kilometres you will reach Grabovac.
-After the petrol station turn left, and after 400 metres turn left again.
-Take the 3rd left after about 300 metres and you will see the marvellous house with blue painted 1st floor.

We serve breakfast in the house. All the food is produce of Croatia: marmalade, butter, cheese, ham, honey, eggs (soft boiled, hard boiled, scrambled), corn flakes, 2 types of bread and toast. The following beverages are served for breakfast: coffee, tea, milk, hot chocolate and orange juice. That's all for just EUR 7 per person per day.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
