Non-Chilean residents are exempted of VAT payment on room prices upon check out. In order to prove their non-residency guests will be asked a photocopy of their valid passport and immigration card (“Tarjeta de Turismo”) upon arrival.

Chilean residents are subject to VAT, and a 19% tax will be added to the room rate upon check out

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One further child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 15.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
