The large outdoor pool is surrounded by parasols and sun loungers, both of which are available on the sandy beach, metres from the hotel.
The air-conditioned rooms at Neptune Hotel are fitted with satellite TV and spacious bathrooms.Children under 12 can stay free of charge with extra beds.
Guests can choose to dine inside at the hotel’s main restaurant or alfresco in the Garden Restaurant. All of the restaurants and bars serve a variety of international refreshments.
The Neptune Beach Hotel is just a 30-minute drive from Burgas Airport and the hotel provides free, private parking when guests reserve in advance.
The all-inclusive package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks throughout the day. Local alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks are included as well. You are entitled to 1 à la carte dinner.
The fitness area, sauna and steam bath can be used for free for 1 hour between 09:00 and 18:00 per stay. Table tennis is free between 09:00 and 22:00.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse to serve alcoholic drinks to anyone under 18 years old. All-inclusive is only for guests who have booked this option. Food and drinks cannot be provided to friends who are not on all-inclusive basis.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children from 2 to 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
