Hotel Housing offers rooms, suites and apartments of various sizes within walking distance of the European Institutions (Schuman area). The hotel is located off the main road in a quiet, small street.
The accommodations are equipped with extra long beds and wooden floors. The rooms have large wardrobes of modern design or cosy teak furniture. All have a private bathroom.
Many facilities are included in the price, such as an extensive breakfast, laundry service, phone calls (up to Euro 10/day), snacks and drinks. You also have complimentary use of hotel bicycles and free Wi-Fi.
Hotel Housing offers easy access by public transport and by car. The city centre and the NATO are only a 5-minute drive away. You can reach Brussels Airport in 10 minutes.

Hotel Housing is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The hotel is located off the main road in a small street and in a very quiet area.
As the street is only indicated on recent maps, please consult the map on this website before departure. You may also need a map if you plan to travel by taxi for the taxi driver.
The extensive public transport network ensures connections to almost any part of Brussels. More than 10 bus lines will bring you to any desired destination. Direct bus connections exist to the airport (8 km), Nato (4 km), the city centre (3 km) and the European Quarter and the metro (1 km). The bus stops are a 2 to 5-minute walk away.
The hotel is DIFFICULT to find:
- the street is small and new;
- there is only one street indication sign;
- there is no sign "hotel" on the outside of the hotel;
- the street is incorrectly indicated on various maps and GPS systems.
In order to find the hotel easily, please bring a print of the map you receive with your confirmation with you.
Please note that the hotel is DIFFICULT to find - the hotel is located off the main road in a small street in a quiet area. The street often does not appear on older maps or is confused with Rue Marcel Mariën. There is only 1 street indication sign and there is no sign "hotel" on the outside of the hotel.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
