Transfers to and from Bahrain International Airport are available on a request basis from the hotel and for a charge. Please contact the hotel once a reservation is in place for further information on this service.

Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before traveling.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 8 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged BHD 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
15 % service charge per stay is not included.
5 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs BHD 3.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Breakfast costs BHD 3.60 per person.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
