Close to the Living Max are 83 well-maintained hiking trails leading to Kitzsteinhorn or Schmittenhöhe, where you can admire amazing sceneries. Professional guides can assist you during your hike.
If you like to spend your holiday actively, you can try golfing, rafting, horseback riding and many others. As guests of the Living Max you will have free entrance to 3 outdoor swimming pools located close to Lake Zell.
In the autumn of 2003 we renovated all 40 rooms, the restaurant, the bar and the lobby. In the autumn of 2007, we added a spectacular 500 m² wellness centre and spa, a chillout lounge, a wine bar, a winter garden with an à la carte restaurant, a children's playroom with Playstation and children's movie theatre, and a new ski cellar. In addition, all rooms were upgraded with a multimedia LCD flat-screen TV, high-speed internet (LAN and WLAN), and extra big pillows.

Against the backdrop of gorgeous scenery, you can make your way up to the peak either leisurely or at a fast speed. There are 83 splendid routes. Professional guides can accompany you on your way up if you so desire.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
