Hotel Berner is located right at the main ski slope of Zell am See, next to the cable car and the chair lift, so you can ski right from and to the hotel's front door.

We are your golf assistant! Let us organise your golf holiday. We reserve your tee times, golfcarts and tuition if needed, and we can give you advice when to play which courses. There are a lot of things that we can take off your shoulders so that you can really enjoy an easy golfing holiday.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
