This small holiday paradise combines very comfortable and spotlessly clean apartments with a sauna and relaxation area, great views and a quiet location within walking distance of the village of Söll.
Residenz Theresa is located at the heart of Austria’s largest contiguous ski area, with over 250 km of slopes and over 90 cable cars and ski lifts. In summer it is ideally located for hiking, mountain biking, golf, tennis and much more.

The „Residenz Theresa“ is situated in a unique and breathtaking location just above the centre of the village of Söll. In the midst of the amazing panorama of Söll am Wilden Kaiser.
In summer Söll boasts a multitude of attractions:
Visit a century-old Alpine hut and witness traditional cheese making and bread baking. Additionally, the Gründlalm kiddy express, a wildlife park and the witches? playground in the forest await children.

Austria´s largest connected ski area, the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental Ski World, boasts a total 250km of immaculate ski runs (of which 135km are covered in artificial snow) and over 90 modern ski lifts. Experience truly unlimited winter fun!
By car from Germany:
- Travel on motorway München (Munich)- Kufstein and take exit (toll free) in the direction of Kufstein Süd towards Felbertauen - Eibergbundesstraße (B 173) until you reach the city of Söll.
- Travel until you arrive at the BP gas station, then enter the city of Söll.
- At the first junction you take a left.
- At the second junction you take a half left and pay attention to the signs towards Pirchmoos.
- After approximately 400 m you can see Residenz Theresa on your left hand side.
By car from Italy:
- Travel via Brennerautobahn (motorway) Innsbruck in the direction of Salzburg - Wörgl, exit Wörgl Ost.
- At the junction you take a left in the direction of St. Johann i.T./Felbertauern - Söll.
By car from Switzerland:
Travel via motorway Bregenz - Arlbergtunnel - Innsbruck (in the direction of Salzburg) - Wörgl and take exit Wörgl Ost.
- At the junction you take a left in the direction of St. Johann i.T./Felbertauern - Söll.
By train:
At the train stations Wörgl or Kufstein you can catch a public bus driving to Söll.
By plane:
Airport München 150 km.
Airport Innsbruck 90 km.
Airport Salzburg 80 km.
Airport Wien 400 km.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
