Winter in the Ötz Valley:
Enjoy exciting winter holidays with 150 km of perfectly groomed slopes in all degrees of difficulty and 3 spectacular summits of over 3,000 metres, all reachable by ski lifts.
From traditional Tyrolean delicacies to refined Japanese fish specialities, from small snacks to exclusive gala or themed dinners - award-winning chef Gottfried Prantl (2 toques by Gault Millau) and his team create culinary pleasures at the highest level. Gault Millau has given its rare highest award, the “Toque d`Honneur”, to the hotel restaurant, for having been awarded at least 1 toque for 20 years in a row.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 48.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 14 years are charged EUR 77.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 116.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
