From the train station:
Take trolleybus no. 1 in the direction of "EM-Stadion" (the trolleybuses usually go in 10-minute intervals). Get off at the eighth stop (Moosstraße). Walk down this street for about 300 metres (in the direction of increasing house numbers) before turning left into Sinnhubstraße. You need to pass the crossroads with Leopoldskronstraße, and after about 200 metres turn right into Hegigasse. The hostel is at the end of this street.
From the airport:
Take trolleybus no. 2 in the direction of Hauptbahnhof (main train station) and get off at the Hauptbahnhof stop. Then follow the directions above.
Please order your breakfast at least two days before arrival in the hotel.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.45 city/tourist tax per person older than 14 years per night is not included.
