This new design hotel is located in the centre of Linz, directly on the banks of the Danube.

The nearby Pöstlingberg mountain is the landmark of Linz and is easily reachable from the hotel. It offers beautiful views over the city, a pilgrimage church, many hiking trails and a narrow gauge railway.
The Ars Electronica Center is the city's main attraction - a centre for electronic arts and a "museum of the future". It is only a few hundred metres away from the hotel.
From the train station take tram line 3 and get off at Rudolfstraße. The hotel is situated next to the tram stop, right in front of the New Town Hall.
Breakfast is served from 06:30 until 10:00 during the week and from 07:00 until 11:00 at weekends.
The hotel's bar serves drinks and small snacks until 00:00.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night for extra beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person.
