The trade fair site (Messe Klagenfurt) is easily reachable in a 5-minute walk. Other important sites in the surrounding area include:

- Klagenfurt train station (700 metres, 10-minute walk, 3 bus stops)
- Klagenfurt Cathedral (directly at the square)
- Government of Carinthia (directly opposite)

Many theatres, museums und galleries as well as the Minimundus (miniature world) are nearby.

Lake Wörth and many other beautiful Carinthian lakes can be reached quickly, also by public transport from the nearby train and bus station. The parking garage opposite the hotel (Dom Parkgarage) offers cheap and easy parking.

By public transport:
The train and bus station of Klagenfurt is only 700 metres away. It is 3 stops on the bus lines 40 and 41 (get off at the "Domplatz" stop). It is also an easy walk.

By plane:
Take bus line 41 from the airport and get off at the "Karfreitstraße" stop.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
