Starting in the winter of 2008, the Hotel Astoria Kitzbühel also features a very welcoming front desk area with lobby, an exclusive and trendy new Hennessy Lounge, and an ancient wine-tasting cellar in the historic basement. Enjoy a relaxing experience in the new well-being area with saunas, steam bath, whirlpool, private shower, relax areas with atrium and tea bar.

For an extra fee: massages, tanning studio, beauty and bath applications. There is a new underground parking, a ski storage room and elevators to all levels. All these facilities contribute to an entirely relaxing atmosphere.

Downtown Kitzbühel is within walking distance of the hotel. In summer attend the Austrian Open tennis tournament or enjoy the world of golf in the golf centre of the Alps! 4 golf courses are located in town, and 19 others are nearby. Visit the annual alpine skiing World Cup in winter. Located between the Hahnenkamm and Kitzbühler Horn mountains, the town is one of Austria’s most celebrated winter resorts.

A 10-minute stroll takes you along the romantic riverside walkway to the downtown area, which possesses the flair of a cosmopolitan city. There, you will find a lift station, cross-country ski runs and a casino. Alternatively, let the ski bus - stopping right in front of the hotel - take you to the centre in a quick, comfortable ride. Roam the slopes or enjoy an excursion to one of Tyrol's many famous attractions, stress-free from the nearby train station.

- Coming from Munich take the A9 motorway direction of Salzburg.
- Change unto the A93 Inntal motorway and follow it until exit Kufstein Süd.
- Follow the national highway 178 (formerly B312) direction of Eiberg/St.
Johann.
- Change unto national highway 161 until you reach Kitzbühel.

- Coming from Salzburg follow the national highway until Walserberg border
crossing.
- Change unto national highway 21, direction of Bad Reichenhall/Steinpaß,
until the Unken border crossing.
- Change unto national highway B178 (previously B312), direction of St.
Johann.
- Change unto national highway 161 until you reach Kitzbühel.

The new hennessy-bar - a trendy meeting place - offers good music and classic drinks as well as extravagant cocktails and cognac curiosities, with a periodic cognac tasting.

There is an exclusive ancient wine-tasting cellar in the historic basement, with an exquisite selection from the best wine regions in Austria and the world. Culinary delicacies await you in the recently fully redesigned and renovated gourmet restaurants at the included gourmet half-board service.

Enjoy your welcome cocktail and champagne breakfast on Sundays.
Start in the morning with a lovely and diverse breakfast buffet, with vital corner, fresh fruit and local delicacies. 3 times a week there is a theme buffet: champagne breakfast, veal sausage breakfast and “sweet morning”. Enjoy a cake or spicy snack in the afternoon, and fresh vitamin-rich fruit all day long.

After an eventful day you can enjoy a delicious and diverse 6-course gourmet dinner (main course to choose), as well as fresh salads from the buffet, and cheese afterwards. Once a week, the chef prepares Tyrolean tasty titbits buffet, a theme buffet, a barbecue or a theme evening. Romantics can take pleasure in the weekly candlelight dinners.

Entertainment is provided by the weekly piano or other live music evening, and contributes to an entirely relaxing atmosphere.

Please note that, for stays shorter than 3 nights, an extra fee of EUR 20 applies per person per stay, which is to be paid directly at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 11 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.79 city/tourist tax per person older than 16 years per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Dinner costs EUR 15.00 per person per night.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
