In the hotel' s extensive fitness centre there are 7 saunas, 16 treatment rooms, a stunning indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a well appointed gymnasium, a hamam and a rasul. Personal trainers are also available.

When you need some time to yourself the resort's qualified childminders can look after your little ones for you, organising things like walks on the beach, billiards, creative games, nature walks, trips to the zoo, story times and much more.

During the Summer:
Kitzbühel is the golfing centre of the Alps. There are 9 holes at the A-ROSA Kitzbühel Golf Club and 3 other courses nearby. In total there are 19 courses in the region.

During the winter:
You can go hiking, skiing, Nordic walking or mountain biking in the nearby mountains. You can see the Streif Slope, arguably the most famous ski slope in the world, from the resort.

The train station of Kitzbühel is about 1.5 km away. A pick-up service is available on request.

All 3 hotel restaurants offer a light, but very delicious cuisine.

Restaurant Kaps:
Enjoy top-level international cuisine with regional accents in a unique ambience. This gourmet restaurant was awarded 1 Michelin star.

Opening hours: 19:00 to 21:30 (closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

Restaurant Streif:
Guests on a half-board arrangement are served a rich breakfast and a varied dinner buffet.

Breakfast: 07:30 to 11:00
Dinner: 18:30 to 22:00

Restaurant Golfhaus:
Enjoy traditional Austrian cuisine and wines in this à la carte restaurant, where you can find an open fireplace and a relaxed ambience.

April to October: 09:00 to 22:00
November to March: 18:00 to 22:00

Bar am Marktplatz:
During the day and in the evening, the bar is the hotel’s centre of communication, featuring a big sun terrace and unique views of the Alpine panorama. There is also a lounge with fireplace and live music in the evening.

Opening hours: 10:00 to 01:00

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 6 years are charged EUR 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 15 years are charged EUR 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
