Located close to the Schaufelberg/Maiskogel ski lift and opposite the historic castle, Avenida Residenz an der Burg apartments are between 50 and 100 m² in size and are suitable for up to 8 people. They are tastefully furnished and are equipped with fully equipped design kitchens, large balconies, and music and video systems. They offer free high-speed internet and free parking (in a garage). A ski cellar and a washing machine are also available.
A bus stop (also for the ski bus) is right in front of Avenida Residenz an der Burg, and a cross-country ski run starts right at the doorstep.
A golf course is just a few minutes away. The Kaprun-Zell am See ski area has about 130 km of slopes. Many other ski areas can be reached by car in 20 to 30 minutes.

The service costs are EUR 22.50 per person per week. There is also a one-time surcharge of EUR 50 for stays of less than 7 nights.
The booking account has to be paid through a bank transaction. You will receive an e-mail with a link, which will enable you pay through Visa or MasterCard
Please inform Alpin Rentals Kaprun about the total number of guests (adults and children under 14 years) that will be staying in the apartment
Deposit: € 300,- per booking, which will be charged on arrival and will be refunded when you leave the apartment in a good condition
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 42 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
A fixed amount of EUR 300 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
EUR 22.50 service charge per stay is not included.
EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
