The service costs are EUR 22.50 per person per week. There is also a one-time surcharge of EUR 50 for stays of less than 7 nights.

Please inform Alpine Resort Kaprun about the total number of guests that will be staying in the apartments.

The booking amount has to be paid through a bank transaction. You will receive an e-mail with a link, which will enable you pay through Visa or MasterCard.

Deposit: € 300,- per booking, which will be charged on arrival and will be refunded when you leave the apartment in a good condition

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 42 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
A fixed amount of EUR 300 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
EUR 22.50 service charge per stay is not included.
EUR 1.15 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.


The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
