The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from Innsbruck's main train and bus stations. Tram number 3 takes you directly to the hotel.
The hotel restaurant is an insider tip in Innsbruck, offering stylish premises and excellent food. There is also a garden restaurant opposite the hotel. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00 (closed on Sundays and holidays).
The hotel bar and lounge offers a pleasant ambience to enjoy afternoon coffee, aperitifs or a glass of wine or beer after dinner.
Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:00.
Non-smoking rooms are available in all categories. Baby cribs for our small guests and rollaway beds for 3rd people are available on request (please reserve in advance).
Of course, we will gladly comply with your individual wishes; e.g. anti-allergic pillows, ironing boards or toiletry you might have forgotten to bring, are all available on request.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
