An Internet terminal and Internet access (W-LAN and broadband), as well as a swimming pool, an infrared cabin and an adventure shower are available free of charge.

The hotel is only 2 km away from the Graz-Webling and Graz-Seiersberg motorway exits. The Shopping Center West and the Shopping Center Seiersberg are located directly at these exits.

The old town of Graz is only 5 km away and can be easily reached by direct bus connections.

Arrival by train from Graz Hauptbahnohof (central station):
- Take bus number 50 to Gürtelturmplatz (square). Change to bus number 32 and take it to Bad-Strassgang.
Bus connection into town:
- Walk 100 metres to the next bus stop. The bus number
32 will bring you directly to the city centre in 15-20 minutes (depending on traffic).

There is a large free car park right in front of the hotel.

Enjoy a rich breakfast buffet in the air-conditioned, non-smoking breakfast room. The buffet is available on weekdays from 06:00 to 10:00 and on weekends and public holidays from 07:00 to 10:00 (breakfast at other times on request).

The bar is open until 22:00 from Monday to Friday and serves beer, regional wines and small snacks.

There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 3 to 9 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 10 to 14 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
